DHMC门口 is part of a statewide initiative to address the growing opioid crisis. DHMC serves as a hub for Western New Hampshire. Walking through the Doorway at DHMC could be the first and most important step that someone takes today.

If you or someone you k现在 is experiencing an addiction-related crisis, call 211 现在.
211 NH is the connection for New Hampshire residents to the most up-to-date resources they need from specially trained Information and Referral Specialists. 211 NH is 可用 24 hours, 365 days a year. Multilingual assistance and TDD access is also 可用. For those outside of New Hampshire, call 1-866-444-4211.
门口 is a program that is changing how New Hampshire helps their residents with an opioid use disorder (OUD) or other substance use disorders (SUD). There are nine Doorway locations, 包括DHMC, providing single points of entry for people seeking help for substance use, 他们是否需要治疗, 支持, or resources for prevention and awareness. The regional Doorways ensure that help is always less than an hour away. In addition, 24/7 access to services is also 可用 by dialing 211.
门口 is designed to make screening, 评价, and care coordination services more centralized, 可用, 和可访问. 门口 is a modified "hub and spoke'" model where the Doorways will serve as the "hubs" and work with local providers ("spokes") to implement regional approaches to the opioid crisis.

New Hampshire's Doorway program receives funding from the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental 健康 Administration—State Opioid Response (SOR) grant and is under the leadership of New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu and the New Hampshire Department of 健康 and Human 服务.
